I had a really bad experience here. Had a bad axle replaced and it went out within 10 minutes after picking up the car. They replaced under warranty. It went out again a few months later, leaving my wife stranded on the side of the road. They would replace again, but I had lost faith in their service at this point. It took me over a week to get their regional manager to call me. They refused to refund my money, so I had to pay someone else to fix. They also refused to refund 4 prepaid oil changes that had not been used. I told them my only option left was small claims court. At that point they refused to talk to me anymore -- said I could call their attorney.
