I cannot say enough Wonderful things about the people at the Service Street Car Repairs in Parker. They are all exceptional but hand's down.....my favorite is The Manager DeAnna. She is the most trustworthy and conscientious car repair person on this PLANET!! Not only did she get me in within 2 hours of my desperate call for new tires, she also had her guys fit in an alignment today as well. I knew my tires were needing to be replaced soon but when I saw the front passenger tire today with the steel showing thru, I knew it was wayyyyy passed time to get down there. This was a dangerous situation and she understood this and got me taken care of immediately! I also want to say a HUGE "Thank You" to Yoshi for going above and beyond for me today as well. My tires weren't quite done and I had to be at a 6pm appt. for work and he gave me his own personal vehicle this afternoon, so that I wouldn't miss my work appointment. This just goes to show you the type of wonderful people that work at Service Street Auto Repair.

Our car had mysterious problem, 2 other shops couldn't figure out ! Service Street was persistent! They collaborated with other specialists to fix mystery ! And they did....for fair amount of $! ...even covered some extra fees... When previous shops just give up! They offer good coupons on their website (We got towing discount) We were amazed by customer service ...

Recently I heard a problem in the engine compartment and took my vehicle to Service Street to diagnose and fix. They quickly figured out it was the water pump. They also explained that the problem was so severe that it should not be driven to avoid serious damage to the engine. I have an extended warranty. Both Deanna and Yoshi were awesome at helping me navigate Fidelity vs the manufacturer. Ultimately it was deemed a manufacturer issue and I had the vehicle towed to the dealer. What was amazing to me was how helpful these folks were during the whole process even though they did ultimately do not the work nor get any fee. That kind of service means a lot to me, and they have earned my future business for sure.

I love these guys. Always fast. Always reliable. Great customer service. We buy a five-pack every year so you don’t even have to think about it. Thanks Service Street.
