Service Street Tire & Auto Repair

I began taking our vehicles to Service Street after Saturn of Aurora closed their doors. They serviced both of our cars for regular checkups and for advanced services exceptionally well. The service is very friendly, and no pressure.The one piece of feedback I can give is when I drop my vehicle off, the crew tells me they will call me when they figure out the problem, or ready for pick up. I usually have to call to see what's going on.

We have jst "stopped in" for repairs and oil changes and they are always vry accommodating. We trust their opinions and appreciate their integrity. We won't go anywhere else!

I was so pleased with the punctuality of the work done on my last appointment, and though they did the work quickly, I felt that it was thorough. I got a good deal with the coupon I was sent on my e-mail, and they didn't push me to buy service-related items or have work done on the car that wasn't necessary (like some places do to women!!!)

The staff is exceptionally polite and respectful. Even when there was a bit of miscommunication they accepted responsibility immediately and gave me the service for free. They are not the least expensive outfit around but I trust them to do what's right. That will keep me coming back.
