I highly recommend this business to anyone needing honest, reliable, caring service. I came in with the replacement headlight in hand, and despite your busyness, your team went above and beyond to assist me promptly. The employees at the front desk were incredibly considerate, ensuring that I didn't have to wait or leave my car for such a simple fix. When two gentlemen came out to help with the headlight, they initially faced some challenges. However, they quickly found a technician, despite the shop being full, who expertly replaced the headlight in about 45 seconds thanks to his small hands. I truly appreciate the care and efficiency demonstrated by your team. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, and your willingness to help me out in a busy moment did not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Cory and Clay were awesome! Had quite a bit of work done this past weekend. Dropped off on Friday and ready for pickup Tuesday afternoon. Very pleased so far. Indeed, final bill was lower than quoted and expected! Thank you Cory at Service Street on Hess Rd in Parker! The staff was very pleasant to deal with as well! I would definitely go back to this location for any of my service needs.

The problem I was experiencing with my vehicle was something more significant than I expected. Not only did the staff point out the safety concern, but they repaired it quickly and at a fair price. I would highly recommend this location for an honest assessment and quick work at a reasonable price.

I recently went to Service Street Auto Repair in Parker on Hess Rd. for an electrical problem and I'm glad I did for these reasons: 1) They're open on Sat -- many shops are not. 2) They could take me on the same day I called. 3) When they determined that my battery was dead they called me and gave me the option to purchase a battery from somewhere else, e.g., auto parts store, for a much cheaper price. 4) I brought in a new battery purchased elsewhere and they installed it at no charge. 5) They then checked the rest electrical system and sent me on my way. Great service. Thank you Service Street.

I have been bringing my cars and trucks to Service Street in Parker for years! From a simple oil change and maintenance, to unexpected repairs they are excellent! Deanna and her employees are GREAT! I give them 10 🌟's!!!!
