Excellent customer service. I had my first experience with Service Street a week before Christmas. I needed serious repairs on my car that i just could not afford at the time. My tech's name was Josh. Josh was very kind and explained in detail the importance of the work that I needed for my vehicle. I didn't feel taken advantage of or pressured in any way. Although I could not get the recommended services, the staff was very courteous. They were even kind enough to give me a ride back to my job because I was not able to drive my car. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to these guys in the near future

Service street did a great job fixing my 02 Escape. They even applied the $90 diagnostic fee to the cost of the repair, unlike Goodyear repair centers. I would recommend this store on Dallas Highway.

Service Street paid my tow and promptly replaced the defective parts under warranty (infant mortality). No problems with the truck, however, I only ran the truck once since repairs. A more rigorous PMT (post maintenance testing) after the initial repair may have adverted my breakdown on the beltway during rush hour.

Second visit, quickly becoming a fan! Car repairs are never fun, but they make it bearable and convenient!

One word I can use to describe this Business "Fantastic." They call you back, easy to make appointments, and honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend. Thank you for all the service that has been done on my car. I am truly bless and grateful for having Service Street for my Auto care:-)
