Service Street Tire & Auto Repair

I have a small fleet of cars both new and old to maintain for my family. These guys always do a great job, they’ll give me the old parts on request, always give good estimates and will call if something changes. I’ve even received a ride to and from my house on occasion. Definitely will be back.

I brought my jeep wrangler in for a new motor on July 9th 2021. The motor was leaking antifreeze after the new motor was installed. They could not repair the clutch. I drove the jeep 1 time and the new motor was leaking anti freeze aka a blown head gasket . This company has not yet to repair my jeep after $ 10 thousand dollars. The worst customer service. The worst mechanics . I want my money back!

The personnel at this location are exceptional not only with the repairs and a fair price but actually take pride in helping the customer not matter how small the job or request might be. I have used Service Street since moving into the area in 2018 and have had wonderful experiences with the customer service and repairs. Kyle Holloway, the manager, helped me today with a small request and was appreciative of the business. That is customer service and is what will keep me coming back.

I stopped by Service Street last minute to replace a break light. I was hoping to be in and out, and I was in less than 10 minutes! Unheard of! Kyle was super helpful. I know it was a minor service but it was the best auto service experience I have ever had. Kyle and the manager were so nice. I will definitely be coming back here! Thanks, Kyle!

We stopped in to replace a brake light. Cole came to the car, removed the bulb and replaced with a new one at no charge! I call that customer service. Thank you Cole!

Kyle was super helpful, super thoughtful in helping me as a walk-in customer. He really got me out of jam.

I had a flat tire and they plugged the leak within minutes. The guys at the front desk are professional and pleasant to work with. BTW, they didn't charge me.

Frank and the guys were very helpful. They explained everything really well to me and as it turned out my car only needed to have one piece reattached and they didn't even charge me for that. They have a super clean facility, they are always really nice, and I always feel like I'm getting straight answers without getting taken for a ride.
