I would recommend this place to everyone, they took extra good care of my car and even helped with my budget more than I would ever ask for. They actually care and have only good intentions, thank you to the nice men who took care of what my vehicle needed!

On 3/11/24, I was driving on I-75s headed home to Georgia during a rain storm. My wipers stopped working. I called several dealerships in the area, all the mechanic shops were closed and I Stopped by the Wal-Mart auto center, knowone could help me. I lucked up and found Service Street online. I Called, there was a friendly voice on line. After explaining my situation Jeff Whitiker, Service Writer, said they could help me. Jeff was very friendly and welcoming. He diagnosed my vehicle, explained the mechanic's findings, gave me an estimate. The work was completed within 90 minutes at a cheaper price than the estimate. I was back on the road feeling fortune that my family and I found Service Street and had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Whitiker.

We took my son's truck in for an estimate for some electrical work. This was part of their "free" evaluation. We the then authorized an additional $199.00 to trace more issues. They came back with an absurdly high estimate. When I objected pointing out that according to the labor hours quoted they were charging over $250 an hour! The employees responce was that's the cost because of overhead etc.. At this point a manager called Nate stepped in and took a look at the paperwork and quickly discovered they had doubled some of the parts and labor. To make it right Nate offered to refund the $199.44 and send us to another of their locations at a reduced rate. They did some of the work including a $400.00 part not mentioned in the original estimate and 2 months later still have not received the original $199.44 promised by the regional manager.

Hello this is Scott again, hopefully you have seen my review of this business before going there. I wanted to also add something my wife and I were discussing after going here. When asked about the car business he was working for he implied it was terrible. He mentioned that during the pre employment " seminar" was about how to up sell and create more profits. It was also implied service street picked Tennessee as a location because it's " easy pickens". There's NO other place I'd want to be is right here, even though being told we are not sensible people. It's good to make money in business, not blood money. It's places like this that have a hundred cars in there parking lot that can't pay for these outrageous cost, then the company puts a lien on the vehicles and opens up a auto dealership while letting the repair business disintegrate. Leaving the area around it looking horrible. I had to include this extra point, There is no way shape or form that Ralph would run a scheme like this place. P.S. The state of TENNESSEE has a surplus in it's budget.....IQ test anyone?

Angela made me an appointment for the very day I called. The brakes on my old 4-Runner had started to sound awful but they also found a dangerous situation with my Power Steering. They asked if we could come see it, before they started any work. The price was fair & it’s so great to have someone in Halls we can trust. My car was ready the next morning & I’m thrilled with how much better it drives !!
