Quick service, nice people to deal with - pleasant surprise! (as compared to car dealers or Christian Bros!!)

I had an appointment for an alignment and oil change. Very pleased with the immediate attention my van got. Was told it could be 1 1/2 hours but to plan on 2. It was a little less than 1 1/2 hours. Kudos.. Politeness seems to be a basis for all of the employees. Being polite to the customer is expected, but I witnesses "pleases and thank you's" between the employees. Respect is important. The only person a little "TOO BUSY" or "inappropriate" I think was the boss. Please take your business into your office. Customers don't need to hear you tell little 'non-truths' to customers on the phone. Luckily everyone else was covering for you and doing a damn good job. You must have been corporate...not the locals that will be the meat of your business success. I hope you are paying those doing the dirty work a good wage. Next time I will bring something special for the guys in the bays. Maybe a sheet cake.

We couldn't be more impressed! We were in and out with an oil change in 45 minutes and they did a comprehensive diagnostic that told us what we needed fixed and explained it in depth - loved the print outs on the diagnostics as well. We have an appointment for next week to get some more work done. Great customer service and incredibly helpful!

Fast service, reasonable prices and helpful/friendly employees!

Employees were friendly and gave me an estimate to the penny of what it would cost to proceed with my work. I am pleased that a repair service was built so close to Highlands Ranch.

Nice people, quick service

It's a new store that can do almost any repair, great location on the corner of 470 and University. I got right in with out an appointment for an alignment on a difficult 4x4. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and using state of the art equipment. I drove away very pleased and will be back!
