Short version: Saved me half the money it would've cost to have the same work done at the dealer, got me in and out in no time. Super friendly and thorough. Long version: Had been going to the Ford dealership to get work done for years now, and this time they decided to charge an absolutely outrageous amount to replace a standard part on my car. This was of course after they had my car for several weeks without even touching it. When they quoted me over a thousand dollars to do the work for a fairly straightforward fix, I knew it was time to look elsewhere. I called the Service Street guys up and was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for less than half the cost of what the dealer quoted me. Despite having serviced my car at the dealer less than 6 months ago, they missed things in their "100-point inspection" that the techs at Service Street found right away. Christian was extremely friendly, as was the entire staff and they won Service Street a new loyal customer today. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
