Service Street Tire & Auto Repair

My first experience at Service Street was great. I was greeted on arrival and thanked before I left. Hard to find good customer service like that these days!

They are thorough, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Darren was wonderful, helping to figure out the issues I was dealing with and presenting a favorable solution. These Guys are Great, and very down to earth! I just had recent brain surgery, and usually do all the work myself from major to minor maintenance. They got us in very quickly, inspected the car from to top bottom, and gave us a list of repairs that needed attention. It's very hard to find someone to trust, but with Service Street at the Highlands Ranch location, they were very attentive to the needs of the vehicle, and gave us options in regards to what the vehicle needed, which included things that I already knew that needed to get done. As a Master ASE Certified Automotive Technician, I would highly recommend them! Thanks to Ed and his Crew, my Wife is Happy and in turn, that makes me happy! You will not be disappointed!

I was very upset when my warning lights came on as I was taking my great-grandson to middle school, I managed to get the car into a space in the visitor's lot, called AAA, they took my 15-yr-old Subaru Forester (with less than 40K miles on it) to Service Street for me, and it was fixed (belts) and ready for pick-up by the time my daughter got off work to take me there. They also checked the car from stem to stern for any other problems, and didn't find anything that needed repair. I count on Service Street for my car care. Great job!!!
