I purchased my 2017 Escape from Ford last year. Due to the service warrantee, I had to have my vehicle serviced by Ford. I never was very confident with the service provided and the customer service was atrocious. I just had my oil changed at Service Street. They were all very professional. I was introduced to the mechanic who would be working on my vehicle. They called me when my oil was changed and let me know my water pump was leaking. They let me know if I had purchased an extended warrantee when I purchased my vehicle that my water pump could be covered under it. They told me I should check my warrantee and I could let them know if it is covered. It was so refreshing to experience professional integrity and honesty. Thank you!

Superb job! The staff is very knowledgeable and takes care of their customers. We’ve had issues with our car before where other auto shops and mechanics push products unnecessarily. Not with these guys! They give you honest feedback on the performance of your vehicle and quote you no more then their recommended fix actions to get you back on the road safely. Go here; felt like a neighborhood mechanic! After reading the reviews I called and they were able to get my vehicle looked at, right away. The entire staff was helpful with questions and more than willing to explain if additional understanding is needed. The manager is very pleasant; understanding of time and money. He tries the very best to get you in and out; giving adequate time frames and only doing approved work. Overall, I was very impressed. Will be the first place I call for future car work
