These guys were great. Honest, fast, and friendly service.

This was my first experience at Service Street. They were very nice and quick and the gentleman at the front did a good job explaining the different oil change options. It did seem just a little bit like they were searching for other things to work on just to get more money.

I had some issues with the computer codes not being consistent. The guys worked/researched to make sure they knew the issue and didn’t charge extra. They found the problem and fixed the issue quickly so I didn’t have to miss any work! They were great!

I wanted to send another review thanking Service Street (Aurora location) for their prompt response to my concern. I am thankful that Chris (GM) from Service Street called me personally to ask if I could immediately bring in my vehicle for a follow up inspection. Service Street was able to determine that my service engine soon light was triggered by a very minor occurrence. I look forward to working with Service Street (Aurora) for any future repairs.

Great customer service after dropping off car they dropped me off at home and picked me up when my car was ready. A solid plus.
