Very fast, friendly and professional.

On 3/11/24, I was driving on I-75s headed home to Georgia during a rain storm. My wipers stopped working. I called several dealerships in the area, all the mechanic shops were closed and I Stopped by the Wal-Mart auto center, knowone could help me. I lucked up and found Service Street online. I Called, there was a friendly voice on line. After explaining my situation Jeff Whitiker, Service Writer, said they could help me. Jeff was very friendly and welcoming. He diagnosed my vehicle, explained the mechanic's findings, gave me an estimate. The work was completed within 90 minutes at a cheaper price than the estimate. I was back on the road feeling fortune that my family and I found Service Street and had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Whitiker.

Had an issue with my exhaust system. The guys quickly got it in <5m to look at it and determined I would be best served by a local muffler shop. To say the least, there professional way of handling this is a testament to the quality organization they are. They also did this at N/C..

I very much appreciate the fast care provided for my car. I dropped it off without an appointment today and they kindly fixed my flat tire, old struts, did an oil change and fixed my burned out headlight. The car is driving much better and I was treated well.

My Subaru was leaking oil from a head gasket. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived 1st thing Saturday morning. Christian was there to advise me about the services I needed. I felt at ease and educated with the choices I made. He ordered a Lyft ride too and from the shop. they covered the cost of the Lyft ride. I am so thankful that this auto shop is close to me. they make doing maintenance and repairs on my cars stress free. I'm now spoiled by this exceptional place and they've earned another loyal customer
