Alex and Ed were fantastic! They gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong with the car including advice on priorities. They even offered for us to view the car/issues to show what was needed. Follow up calls were prompt and overall communication exceptional. Other customers I observed were extremely happy with the time and care taken with them. Thank you!!!

The employees were really nice and welcoming, as it was our first time coming to Service Street. They were able to get us in a few minutes before our appointment and didn't take long to find the problem and fix it. Overall, a great experience

i came in earlier this week to get service done on my car and when i walked in there was a older gentleman in a camo coat asleep at the front desk. I was going to leave and not come back then i remembered that the tech Travis always takes care of me and my car makes sure it always safe to drive. If Travis was not there i would have not come back at all after seeing employees sleeping t the front desk. I will keep coming back as long a Travis is there as a tech or management i don't think the older gentleman is not a good fit for this shop. Thank you, Travis for always helping and talking me thur things

Fast and quality. Best service shop I have ever used. Been using Service Street over 5 years.

Made an appointment for an oil change, took the car in on time and it was ready 30-40 minutes later. would have given 5 stars if they would have given me the price for the whole job with everything included. A 45 change was 60 because my engine requires 7 quarts but they should know this when asking for my vehicle information. No big deal, anticipated the up charge but it would've been nice to know upfront. The employees were friendly, I will be back.

The staff was very professional, helpful and honest. I love the convienent location.
